Waz on?
This is a self nav team event. All 5 runners will start together and we aim to assist all 5 runners to finish
The run must be completed in 36 hours
You will be taken from home base to the start point, crewed for the entire duration of the event and brought back to the base from the finish point.
We will provide water, Pepsi, sweets, crisps and simple hot food.
You can bring one box of gear/food (50x50x40 cm) We can provide a box if needed
You have supply your own, extra nutrition, ours is supplementary
The crew will meet you every 5 to 6 miles. If there is a ferry crossing, we will transport you around to where the coast path continues
As this is a team event, if you run ahead of the group, you must wait for all the group before leaving that crew point.
There are no set cut offs but we will only allow a certain amount of time in the check points.
Safety and kit
If we feel that you are struggling and the group is being strung out, we will have to ask you to retire from the run.
Any medical incidents will be dealt with by us
Martin is RLSS qualified in First Aid

THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT
If we have a major medical incident, then the event is cancelled. We cannot continue, if we are required to attend that person
