Welcome to our virtually Cornwall medals

There are 12 bespoke made medals which you can collect over the year.

These medals then fix onto our Cornwall board making a beautiful jigsaw map of Cornwall.

How you earn your medal is entirely up to you.

We don't want to put any pressure on you, we just want you to enjoy running.

You can set yourself a goal each month or do a park run

Perhaps you want to do the couch to 5k or just walk the beautiful coast path

You can walk in your own area or run the puzzle pieces

Its all up to you

We only ask that you share it with us
